At Fairway Group we can cut, sew and test fabrics, as well as handle everything from sub-assembly of suspensions and components to complete construction of your furniture piece.  Our tool department is very creative at designing and building work aids, fixtures, fastener attachment systems, Dymetrol® suspension installation equipment and modifying or adapting “stock” equipment to fit our customer’s special needs for building furniture. Our lab also can test seam strength, tensile, tear and mullen burst, weight of the fabrics and color match with a MacBeth Light system.

Fairway Products is an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company. Our 85,000 SF modern manufacturing facility operates in 3-shifts utilizing programmable CAD driven die cutting and Gerber fabric cutting machines, as well as fabric slitting and assembly that includes high speed programmable sewing machines. Our woven, non-woven and needle-punched fabrics are integral components for producing top quality light and heavy-duty vehicles economically. We also have custom designed equipment that attaches hooks or other fastening devices used on our seat suspensions.
